As local organiser, I would like to invite you to the ESTRO teaching course on ”Molecular oncology for the radiation oncologists” in Copenhagen, May 30 – June 3.
The purpose of the course is to provide an appreciation for the molecular basis of cancer and its treatment in radiation oncology. The main target group consists of radiation oncologists in
training (compulsory in several centers), radiation oncologists in practice, PhD students, and any other individuals interested in obtaining a basic understanding of molecular radiation oncology (physicists, statisticians, technologists).
Lectures and tutorials are constructed in such a way that little or no molecular background knowledge in this area is necessary.
I hope you will consider participating in the course (or inform others you think could benefit from the course), and attach a copy of a flyer with the practical details, and a preliminary copy of the programme (minor changes can occur).
